400ex Foot Peg to Seat Measurement
#3
I am also 6'2" and it is a bit cramped for long trail rides. Getting on a scrambler off of my 400ex is a huge difference. But anyway, I've gone on 100-150 mile rides in a day, and it wasn't bad. I stand up a lot to stretch. It seems really comfortable though because you feel like you are in total controll whereas the tall big polaris feels less comfortable when there are fast corners and sideways trails.

I'm not shure what the measurment is but it is way to small. I to am 6'2" and it is great at first but the longer and harder you ride the more you wish you where abought a foot shorter. For short sperts it is fine but I like to get on and ride for several hours if not all day at a time. I end up very sore for several days after. I am now considering the ds650 for the extra comfort and power.

I guess it is all personall prefrence. I feel the fit is good, because I can really throw the bike around, escpecally corners. I end up with the back of my knee hooked on the seat and leaning as far over the edge sometimes on other bikes, where as this one I can force it with my torso. My rides are 3 hrs max but usally around 2 or so. My legs do end up sore but its because I don't sit all the way down usally, I preload my legs so I am just barly on the seat. I have always ridden like this so it always feels the same. I do however find it more comfortable position than a banshee, just wish I had the yama's seat.
