What is a '98 400 Sport worth?

Book is somewhere between $2800-$3200 (if you average the difference between Kelley Blue Book, and NADA), but I usually look through the paper and compare prices. It's kind of like supply and demend in some ways.
If interested, I have a '98 Sport for sale. It has all of the mods listed below (in my signature) and I'm asking $2800 for it with the mods and the stock parts, or $2500 for the quad without the mods. You can also see pics at the link below.
