I found a 1998 Kodiak that might just be my next quad. It has 200 hours on it. It also comes with:

Loading ramps
Camo covers
gun holder and a
48" snow plow

I think he is asking too much for it. He wants 4,000 for it. I was thinking it would be worth more like $3400-3600. It looks really good and really clean. What do you think its worth?

ya, that is a very good deal for a kodiak with all that extra stuff!! Just try to get the dealer down as low as he will go The kodiak is a great quad, and im sure you wont be dissapointed.

Your price range sounds more accurate to me. I just sold a 2001 Kodiak 4X4 with a winch for $4,300. I had it listed on various websites, yahoo, and in the local paper for months at $4,500. I finally sold it to a guy about two months after the local paper ad expired. Make him a cash offer of $3,500. The most he can say is no. Just remember, you have no idea how many hours are on this quad. Check it out closely or you can quickly have enough money tied up in it that you can have a new one.

Good luck.
