Just wanted to let everybody know that my first problems have happened. When I finally took it to the dealer, they told me that my starter needed to be replaced and that the choke assembly in the carbs was broken and that they were going to try to get Yamaha to cover it since it was out of warranty and that the extended warranty that I had purchased did not cover the carbs!! I took it in last Monday and still waiting for it due to parts. These are uncommon (haven't read here) so I thought you should all know. I have had my Raptor just about 10 months and have had no probs till now.

I had a choke cable problem, but I fixed it myself with crimpers and some sealer. I probably should get a cable on order for when it breaks again, but it's been good for the last four rides I've been on. Good Luck. Later
