My brother has a 98 banshee and his fourwheeler maxes out at 89mph and *I was wondering how much a 99 or 2000 blaster maxes out straight from the dealership?* Of Course, I'd rather have a banshee, but my parents are afraid I'd kill myself(which I probably would).

 

about 55 if you're lucky. But it's not all about top speed. From your question your parents propabaly are right. No disrespect meant, we were all like that sometime.Blaster is a great sporty bike.

 

How does he get 89mph out of a Banshee? Is it modified of did he kick it over a cliff?

You'll be lucky to get 55 out of one. We have one, it will probably do about 45 on the sand, downhill. 55 on a dirt road.

 

He's invested a lot in his banshee. It has many add ons.

I had a local dealer near me tell me a Banshee does 93mph right outta the dealership (after the cylinder is broken in). I laughed REALLY REALLY Loud, told him he was crazy and told him that he wont see me in his store again !

 

Blaster Central says a stock blaster will go 60 mph. I haven't bought a blaster yet, but that is BS right?

i ride a '98 Blaster. when it was all stock it's top speed was 56mph. no bs. now that i have new tires (smaller) my top speed has gone down about 5mph.

 

98 stock blaster on asphalt with 200lb. rider on a hot day ran 56 as recorded by garmin gps 111, gps doesn,t lie!!!!
