Does any body know where I could buy a tool careier for a 400 EX. (You know that little black pipe under the left rear fender.) If so how much are they?

Why don't you just make one ? get you a piece of black or white pvc pipe the size you want an two end caps one that has a expandable plug with a wing nut an a rubber to make it not come out an a end cap that you can glue for the other they got them at a hardware store ,an a couple of short pieces of metal straps an you got it just think alittle you can do it for very little $$$$
