best quad for me(you choose!)
#1
okay people be greedy and tell me what quad would be best for me! i ride woods, but they arent very tight, because theyres man made trails in them. im 170lbs and im 5'7 and im 13 years old. i dont need to go to fast (ATLEAST 40-50) because i only go for half mile rides before i gotta slow down. i want something thats easy to use with no crap on it like electric shift. im overweight with a belly so i need some power, thatll be able to carry 3 people down a short road with some speed. ill be pulling trailors ranging from 100 - 1000 iv considered a hondatrx300 or a yamaha bigbear 400

I think that what he meant is that on occasion he will have 3 people on it (very very bad idea believe me) and on a seperate occasion be towing a trailer. I can tell you this right now, don't you dare ride a wheeler with 3 people on it, PLUS the rider. You are only asking for trouble. Just about any utility would probably work though... 170# isn't really THAT terrible.. I'm 6'1" and weigh 180 guess I'm a pig too ...

actually i meant 3 people including me. the rider, one on the front and one on the back. or two on the back. maybe id be pulling a trailor while pulling two passengers. my neighbour has a 300 and it pulled him me and my friend. we were both on the back. i think theres too many smart a$s's in here! the shocks didnt bottom out either killer250r. and i dont want a 4x4, or anything over a 400cc, because theyre too heavey and i want something on the small engine side, but nothing below a 282cc. and i dont want an automatic, or elecric shift, or anything like that!

C'mon guys he asked a question and all you are doing is making fun of him. I shall try to answer your question. I guess it all depends on how much cash you got and if you want 4x4 or not. I think the recon would be good or maybe the trx300. But if you have a little more money maybe something like the foreman or rancher. I really dont think you should get a polaris cause they tend to break and have belt slippage when too much weight is on them Oh and by the way I am 5'7", 130.

Sorry man I was just joking !! But sounds like the PERFECT machine for you would be the TRX300 2X4 !! great power because of low gearing. Good luck !!
