Hey, i've rode in NC, but never at these places. I've heard of them and my friends have been, but i've never had the chance. In Smithfield, down brodgen road, there's a ride area called Buckleberry(twin lakes is what the sign say i think), and it's supposed to have real good mud, hillclimbs and mud. They even have a lake you can drive through to the middle where there is an island.

I've also heard of a place off of 64 in raleigh. I'm not sure exactly where though.

Also, there is a ride are in Archers lodge off of 42. There is a motocross track there i've heard.

If you really want to find some close to you. Go to your local dealer, and talk to some of the mechanics and parts guys there, they will most definitly know some places.

Well im just the one to help you.

Trail Riding: You can go to A place in the mountains called Brown Mtn. You can go there and ride all day for like $5. There's another place down in SC called Enoree Trails in Whitmar. I never been there but I heard it was good. Now Brown mtn, has no mud, but some rocks and hills. There USED to be a place called Antioch with ALOT of mud and creeks BUT it got shut down b/c people got to getting killed and bad hurt over there.

MX: Well there's a place up the road from me in Shelby NC near a fishing lake called Fluff's Catfish lake. The guy that owns it is Steve Mckee. He dont like for people to ride 4-wheelers on there b/c it messes up the ruts that dirtbikes make in the turns. There's also McSwain's MX track that he will let people ride on. I haven't been there but I heard it was big.

Dragracing: There's a place called Shady Side that you can go to on Thursdays and drag race anything that you want to, quads, dirtbikes, Ninjas, cars, and almost anything. Im wanting to go there and bring my 400EX and race my uncle. He has a blaster.

E-mail me if you want more details, (directions, costs, etc.)
Also, check out my web site, I have a "Trail Finder" on there where you can search for trails all over the U.S. http://communities.msn.com/atvxtreme jeffman79@hotmail.com

I live in Shelby NC. Near Charlotte
