Motorcycle Accessory Shop SUCKS

Customer service and support is a wayning quality these day's. Why would a shop owner decline to help a customer in a warranty issue when they know the result of this is to loose a customer. In this case they will loose a couple of customers. Motorcycle Accessory shop has taken a lot of my money over the last two years and now I will go out of my way to not purchase even a single quart of oil or spark plug from them in the future. I will even go so far as to post this message to help others from making the same mistake I did. Spending lots of money trying to support my local shop and then having them refuse to help me warranty my WB E-Series pipe, who by the way were more than happy to warranty the Item. Just wanted to vent a little frustration and warn those of you in Phoenix Stay far away from Motorcycle Accessory Shop in Mesa, Arizona.
