Hey all, anyone familiar with the transmisions on the 80 cc Badgers? Bought one for my boy about 6 months ago (New) along with a new Kodiak for myself. Now, about 2 weeks past the 6 month warranty, the badger tranny is making some noise when putting it in gear. It kinda sounds like the thing isn't all the way in gear and makes a grinding kinda geary noise until ya give it some gas, then it fully engages. Almost sounds like it is only partially engaged like you were holding the thing between gears with light foot pressure on the shifter. Hard to explain. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to all... Visa...

My boy's 4 year old badger sometimes does that. (sounds like a marble bouncing around in there) anyway i notice than he did not bring the shift lever all the way up. i have a service manual for it but feel it is fine.
