In the 70's I started out on motorcycles. First a pos Honda 90 and then to a new Honda XR 80. I then moved up to a MX 175 Yamaha, these were great bikes. Also had a 96 Yamaha TW 200 street/ trail bike and that thing was dangerous on the trails with that wide back tire. My first quad was a new 90 Yamaha Timberwolf. I then got a 98 Honda Recon. Both were good quads and we thought we could go anywhere on the 2x4's. I then progressed to my present ride, 00 Kodiak 4x4. Since then I've had a Polaris 300 4x4, 99 Quadrunner 4x4 and a 95 Kodiak as 2nd rides. The Quadrunner is for sale and looking for another bike to speculate on...

At first I had an LT50 A(1984) still got it in my garage. Then I moved up to a stock blaster and now I got a new Blaster and have it totally tricked out for MX. My next quad will be a Raptor or an Outlaw Banshee with Duncan Racing National motor kit and all sorts of other trick goodies.

I like to jump around....Have not been brand specific in years.
From start to last:

Couple of old 5hp go-karts.
kx80.
lawn tractor w/o blade (it was really fast )
230 quadsport.
kx125.
1970-72 (I think) trail70
300ex.
350 warrior.
yamaha blaster.
yamaha banshee.
400ex
88 ninja 750r
97 ninja zx7r
'01 drz400s (dual sport)

The only things left in the barn are the banshee, 400ex, drz400s, 1 go kart...and an actual lawn tractor with a blade!! Working on restoring an old pilot too.

They have all been good bikes except for the 230 quadsport...what a hunk of junk that was.

First: 5hp Briggs and Stratton Minibike with a sprocket welded to a chainsaw clutch for a transmission. Top speed: about 10 mph. 12mph down hill.

Second: '77 Yamaha DT100 (enduro) Lots faster! But broke down a lot.

Third: '79 Honda ATC110. (Still Have)

Fourth: '88 Yamaha Blaster (Wifes quad now)

Fifth: '83 Honda ATC200X Bought for $100 with no fenders and a bent axle. I was able to ride it home though. Traded for a car stereo and a Blaster Racing pipe.

Sixth: '85 Honda ATC350X (Still Have)

Seventh: '85 ATC250R (Still Have)

Eighth: '99 TRX400EX (Still Have)

Ninth: '87 TRX250R (Still Have in pieces)
