I am going to be installing the big gun complete exhaust and K and N filter and I have a dynojet kit on its way. What would be a good place to start with the jetting, I live at 6000 ft and most my riding is between 3000-6000 ft.

If you guys have any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Thanks
Bat

FYI,
I ride at 8000 feet and up, so the local dealers jet two sizes leaner than stock for ATV's that will be ridden here. After I Installed a "Twin Air" filter, put 6 Univents in my air box lid, and installed an "E series" slip on, I ended up back at the stock jetting. In other words, the mods required me to go up two sizes in jetting from what was correct before the mods. Just a guess, but you might want to start with factory jet sizes for your altitude after the mods, or maybe one size larger. (Your altitude would probably require about one jet size leaner than stock, the mods you listed should require one or two jet sizes richer than that.)

P.S.- I noticed a BIG difference in power just doing these mods.

Good luck,
Lorrin

I ride at between 5000'->8000' and have a similar setup (big gun exhaust, white powerfilter, holes in my airbox), using my dynojet kit I started at 144/146 mains but have backed off to 142/144. this works well mostly at around 6000', if I am going higher up at 8000' I drop to 140/142. My needle jet is on the 4th setting and air fuel mix screws are at 3.5 turns out. My plug runs tan with this setup. bottom line: start with 146/148 but be ready to drop to 144/146 if you find you are running rich

Dyno-jet has an excellent scale as far as altittude and mods go.
Rule of thumb, one jet size smaller for every 1500 feet.
