Just got the Big Gun Race system installed. Fit and finish was well below par. Front mounting tab was about an inch from the frame. Nothing a handfull of spacers/washers won't fix. It took 4+ hours of sanding and filing to get one of the headpipes into the collector. Not started it yet, but I am very disappointed with how it fit and went together. It was about 5 lbs lighter than the stock system though. I also installed a carb mount K&N. Likely took about 4-5 lbs off worth of air box and tubing. Need to get filters for pcv hoses now. Weight loss was a big goal and some hp also. I will start it tonight and see how it goes. I put in the 195 main jet and K&N/Dynojet needle per the instructions. With my White Brothers front bumper and Renthals, I figured I dropped a full 10 pounds and likely closer to 15. The factory rear pipe weighs 10 lbs. A friends Pro-Circuit slip on weighed 5. For the money, the Pro Circuit, K&N, and jet kit seems to be the way to good hp without tons of money. His is very responsive now. MHO.

 

i had to replace my woods exhaust today and went with graydon this time.the fit was great,the power was great,actually i think it pulls harder than the woods exhaust does and it looks really great.

 

Mine just flat screams now. Fit wasn't good, but performance seems to be very good.

 

hey chop have u ridden a ds with a ct pipe? and if so what did u think. Im trying to figure out what pipe to get for mine. Ct, graydon, or alba.?
