Is there a stage1 and a stage2 jet-kit? If so, what is the difference? What is better for dusty conditions Pro-design K&N with Outerwear filter cover of Pro-Design with foam filters?

I don't believe ther is a stage one kit. Pro-design with foam filters is the way to go.

I've got the K&N "Stage 2" kit (made by Dynojet), and it covers all the possible mods, beginning with hacking up the stock airbox lid. For dusty apps, most people go with the foam setup, although K&N/Outerwear claims their setup is just as good. The ProDesign/filter/Jet kit really made a difference on mine, even with a stock pipe.

Air flow on the Pro Design is really bad. Just go with a White Power foam filter and cut the box lid --- until a better design is on the market.

I'd say don't waste the $ and do the jetting and buy the air filter yourself.
