how fast does a cr125 honda dirtbike go?? whats the top speed?

 

Faster than a piped Banshee. Mine gets ahead of the CR in gears 1-3, then the CR pulls a good lead... I usually close in on him in 6th, but I cant ever catch him in our pasture.

 

Dirtbikes arent really made for speed. My CR is somwhere in the low to mid 70's (clocked by a car). Then again I have a 6 speed tranny and the new ones only have a 5. Where I'd ever need to go 70 on a track or trail is beyond me but it's nice to know that you can go that fast if need be.
