Need help with new adj. Raptor a-arms!!!

I am trying to install some new Amercan Star a-arms for my Raptor. HOW IN THE WORLD DO I DO THIS? They have the Heim joints instead of ball joints. If anyone reading this can let me know it would be highly appreciated. Also, if anyone has some new aftermarket a-arms that do not have the Heim joints that would like to trade straight across, let me know. (Rhino or Strong Arm) Thanks
