Yep, this is what we have been waiting for.

Check out following site:
Official Honda UK site

At the bottom on the right you can find 'Attachments' this will take you to Honda accessories and guess what they are offering........ road legal kits in UK. I really hope they will start doing the same over here and other brands follow. No more problems getting to and from the trail anymore !!!

BTW great picture on the first page showing two TRX400EX side-wheeling on some sort of highway or something. Also some pictures with 400EX jumping through a fire (fake?) and a guy in shorts sitting on a Rubicon on some sort of an Indy car circuit. Looks like Honda has more guts across the pond than at 'home'.

Enjoy!

Couldn't be because Americans as a group are so darn litigation happy. Think of wonderful folks around even these forums like 'pancaked'. One 'pancaked' can cause major trouble for many companies with the help of the Dem allies- the trial lawyers. As it is the industry is rather daring on saying without refrain that ATV's are hazardous to operate.

Now you have to consider this in the addvertisement itself (corporate and there for all to see.) Are quads two wheeling, have you considered that honda america says that americans MUST keep all four wheels on the ground. ...This makes for an easy scapegoat of most quad accidents except for trees...

There was no 300ex listed in the models. Did anyone else catch that? A 250ex and a 400ex, not much choice.

Americans are freaks about making laws. There is no reason why we cannot have street legal atv's here. You can have a street legal enduro motorcycle, all we need is a more road style tire. ATV tires handle like crap on tar, but I am sure a better on/offroad tire could be made, that could handle paverment and offroad riding. I think we need to push for it, why not, we pay as much for these machines as good used cars, or most any street legal motorcycle.

I wish there was a way that we could rally together to make this happen, but where do you start? I'm all for it, especially here in south florida where there is not one single legal place to ride other than 2 motocross tracks we have, and that gets old quick.

All right EVERYONE who rides and wants to ride on the road go to south Florida and take over They can call us the HONDAS ANGELS! BTW I heard something up here in NH that if you do the mods to your quad you can have a plate for it and go up to 5 miles up the road with it. I think it's a farm plate or something I will find out more about it.

Quads are legalized for street use very very easy here in Arizona.
(not sure about the phoenix area, but probably)
Up here in northern AZ, There are Raptors, Formans, Polaris' all over the streets.
Just have to have a break light, handle bar mirror, and an electric horn.
