Has anyone that has a 250ex had problems with there start buttom not working. My brother tour it all down and looked at the wirering and nothing seemed to be wrong. I checkedd the fuse in the back for it but it wasn't the problem.So now i have i have no clue what the problem is.

 

i was going to ask you if it was under warranty, and if so take it to your dealer

now your shadetree brother has went into it and probally destroyed the whole thing , should have asked someone before hand, i don't know maybe..............me

Are you sure it's not in gear?

 

check the gas. and if its not the has do what knowitall said. the dealer will be able to figure it out.

p.s.Where did you get the t-4 system?

 

Does anyone know wher I can get a t-4 or dg or yoshimura pipe in Canada?Perferably the t-4!Sup.

 

If you own a 250ex the only pipe to get is the graydon proline. It adds a 25% increase in power. You might check out www.rockymountainatv.com they should ship up north.

 

I'm not trying to be smart, but my wife called me on the phone one day because her brand new 250ex wouldn't start. She said the key was on and the starter wouldn't work, so I asked her if the green light was on, she said no. I said it has to be in nuetral to start. Not saying this is it, but it could be overlooked real easy.

 

No its not under warranty.My brother did not fu## it up. Im not stupid its not in gear,the gas is on,I got my pipe from www.rockymountainatv.com,Yes the green light is on,and it will start by the cilinuid. I had a friend of mine who is a racer who looked at it and couldn't find out why it was doing it.The lights work on the switch the run on and off works, and tim (the one that races)said it was to be inside the start button something is fugged up inside of it. So i have no clue.And i might run a poker run on the 24. At hopedale .
