What kind of riding are those blue Duro tires with the triangle pattern for?

What kind of riding are those blue Duro tires with the triangle pattern for? I just picked up a brand new pair from a guy and they were such a good deal that I figured I'd get 'em but I don't know what kind of riding they're for. They are 20H 10W? 10rim.

OMG! I havent seen those things for like 8 years. I think they were for TT racing or the like. Brand new huh? Kinda wish I had a set...
