When I installed my emergency brake block off plate, I took off the whole parking brake assembly. A spring was between the emerg. brake and brake caliper. I dont know if i was supposed to take off all of it but is there any way to get it back on or did i do the right thing by taking it off and installing the plate. Thanx for your help!
