well i have the 22 inch spider tracs on teh back of my 400ex and i can get through some nasty mud hole that i used to get stuck in they are good tires in the mud but they also hook up very very well in hard pack and they provide a smooth ride

Forget blackwaters. they don't clean out well and are basically a decent upgrade from stock but nowhere worth the effort.

I like my bearclaws for all around riding. Good mudding, good trailing, good on hardpack. Good at everything. Spidertracs are pretty much the smame tire but a little more expensive.

Bandits are a real nice tire, I have a set. Unfortunately, they are much shorter than the advertised height. My 22 inchers are only 20 1/2 inches tall. If you put them on, be prepared to lose GC.

Do they still make a tired called a Buckshot Mudder? I think that is what it's called.

I remember that tire being a pretty good tire but I didn't use it overall that much. Does anybody else know if this tire is still made and if it's a good tire for what this person is looking to do?

Get a pair of the Goodyear Mudrunners........a little high but well worth the price........they recently won a tire shootout in one of those atv magazines. I have a pair on the back of a Rancher and they are fantastic. Smooth riding tire and also great in the mud.
