Changing belt on trail blazer (Help)....
#1
I have no local dealer near me wanting to change wanting to change my drive belt....
(The main reason is there are not many Polaris Quads in New Zealand, so I dont trust the local farm quad shop.
I have no manuel or anything so Im a bit in the dark about it all,
I would be happy as if anybody talked me through the process,
P.S I have a new belt, 3 clutch buttons & a new spring as per overseas order...

Its very easy, should take 15 minutes tops. On the left side of the motor there is the black plastic clutch cover. There are about 6-9 screws around the cover holding it on along with a clip on the back edge. Remove all these screw and the clip. Loosen the clamp holding the vent tube to the duct. Pull the cover off. The belt usually comes off fairly easily from the driven pulley (back). Just pull the belt over the top edge of the pulley and push the quad backwards until it pops of. Put the new belt on pretty much the same way you took the old one off but in reverse. Put the cover back on, attach the duct, and then you are done.
