26" Mudrunners onGrizz.660

I ride narrow wood trails, very thick mud,hardpack/40%,10%,50%/.I constantly use a winch in the springtime. I need good mudders and smooth hard pack ride, easy turning tire. This tire won many tire shootouts, latest in ATV magazine/09/01 issue/.I'd like to keep 25" tire on the quad, the mudrunners are suppose to be just slightly over 24" tall. I also considered 25 x13 inch tires, but they are either 2 ply or poor mudders. Plus I do not know, if 13" would fit my Grizzly.Maybe I should go back and do more homework.

I had 26" Goodyear Mudrunners on my sp500, and the tires were great in the mud and handled very good on hardpact. When the sp700 comes in a different color, these will be the first tires I put on. I don't think you could go wrong with these tires.

My wife and I ride on hard pack, sugarsand, deep water, deep mud, we have the 28" outlaws. We have a winch on both 660's and haven't used them yet b/c of the ground clearance happens to be 14" all the way under the atv. As for the ride with the tires, slow speeds are a little ruff riding, not bad though, steering is really easy, which makes the wife happy compared to the 600 grizz she used to ride. the power of the quad can turn these tires like you wouldn't beleive. I'm trying to find the best set up for mud and I'm getting close. I have 28x9.5x12 on the front and 28x10.5x12 on the rear, hers 28x9.5x12 fr. 28x12.5x12 rear, just had to trim the fender a little, the black part by the floor boards no big deal.My question to those of you who put a tire 1" taller than stock. (why?) Your only here once, go the distance. (GRIZZD-OUT IN FLORIDA)

You will be please with the 26" Mudrunners. I put the same size on on my 2000 Kodiak. Places where I had to use 4wd with stock tires I can now use 2wd with Mudrunners. And on hard pack, unless I'm going 5mph or less, they are very smooth riding.

Good tires. However, I would give this place a shot and see if they can beat tread depot's price. They beat the price on 26" Gators by a good margin.

Thank you guys,
I was wondering, if they fit with no problem, since I want to buy them already mounted on the rims and I have no clue how much the rims offset numbers should be.
I'll check the other Web site , too . Thanks.
Joe
