Squeaky Banshee A-Arms
#1
Hi,
I have a 2000 banshee in good shape with fmf pipes, and delta force reed valves. My first question is the right side has squeaky a-arms, how can i fix this problem? It is really well maintained and I grease it frequently. I was wondering if it was the cheap plastic bushings and if I should replace them with brass ones.
My second question is it bogs bad if it is in a gear high and I wick the throttle on, it starts sputtering and wants to die. Also if I leave the throttle on for a split second without downshifting it will sometimes emit a slight pop. I think that it needs to be rejetted. Any advice would help.
Thanks,
Jeff

I have a 2000 banshee and it made that noise and it sounded like the a-arms but actually mine was in the bottom of the shock where it bolts to the a-arm its the rubber bushing i just loosened up my shock and took nut off and sprayed a synthetic oil in it and it cured it

My friends warrior was doing that and it turned out to be the A arm skid plate was loose and was rubbing a little. I can get you a complete set of 12 A arm needle bearings for $72.00 delivered to your door with a 6 month guarantee if the plastic ones are buggin you.
