Have you guys checked this out on the yammy website under Raptor accessories. Thats pretty cool. Yamaha=inovative. You can add parts on the quad and see what it will look like. They also show some interesting new parts. engine mods show some sort of Pro Flo filter kit and K&N set-up.

Most interesting are the Clutch basket and pressure plates. Does anyone know anything about these? are they better than stock? it sure leads you to believe it is. is this what they put in the 02 Raptors or something better?

Hey it's not as far as Cannondale has gone. But Yamaha has taken great strides to offer their customers variety.

You know, i thought long and hard before making this post. If you own a Raptor and haven't had trouble with it. people think your full of S. If you own a Raptor and express how happy you are with your purchase. People really freak, and say your bias or brand loyal.

Well, I have not had any problems i wouldn't expect on a new model. on top of that i've modded the hell out of the suspension. costly? yes. but it jumps and rides moto as good as any quad on the mx track. i had my doubts about a 660 being competetive with lighter nimbler rides out there. with the changes to the 02 and Yamaha offering "choices" for manufacturer accessories...i'm glad i gave the Raptor a Chance.

You can bet the competition is taking notes. soon we'll have all the choices in quads we dreamed of. if we could only address the...Where can i ride in peace...legally? part.

thanx for listening. and no. i don't work for Yamaha. But i'm sure i'll lose 2nd gear as soon as i hit "Post Thread".

Chasman, there is actually a very logical explination why "my" website says it doesn't exist.... It doesn't. I put that there to full innocent people like yourself. Just joking. I misspelt Banshee. Click it now, and if it doesn't work, I will sue Yahoo. Joking again
