Ah...does anyone recall how the Yamaha R&D department removed the testosterone from the mighty Raptor. 4-Wheel ATVAction (August 2000). ATVAction: What were some of the problems you ran into early on in testing the Raptor? Mark Porter(Testing div. Mgr.): It had too much torque, it wheelied too easily.. This has got to be the biggest joke I've heard from a company. Live & learn!!!! ??? are you having problems with your raptor? please give some examples. That way we can understand the complaint

 

I think Maxima is trying to say his raptor doesn't have enough power. They detuned the raptor alot from when it was in the motorcycle. The motorcycle had, a different cam, compression ratio, and jetting. There were probably more things changed, but those were the major changes. I'd imagine that the gear ratio's were also changed.
