A week ago I put a set of 20" Holeshots on the rear of my wifes Lakota and I was amazed how much better it handled, The only problem was on hard corners the tires rubbed the battery. So I got some Dura Blue wheel spacers (I know not as strong as a wider axle but she don't really jump it) and the wider stance is awsome. Donuts and power slides are a blast. Now this thing needs some more power. It has a IDS2 Exh and uni air filter, 13 tooth sprocket. If you ride really tight trails you might not like the etra width, but other than that its great.

Yeah, I changed the sprocket to a 13 tooth, now with the shorter tires I might go to a 14. As far as I can remember the threads were right hand standard threads. It was a pain to get off until I got out the air gun, I swear they must have torqued that thing to 200' Lbs. For npw it only has the Sprocket, IDS2 Exh, Uni Air filter, and Holeshot tires and the wheel spacers, other engine mod will come. I might poweder coat the frame green and get green Mojave fenders to match my T4 when its done.

If you jet the carb it will give the mid range a boost.
A 10.5:1 piston would be fun as well.
I find the head is not all that graet but the cam is pretty good.

I haven't put the money together yet but I was hoping to be able to get +1 douglas rims all the way around.
I thought about the 20" tires as well, but I don't see any thing but 11T, 12T, and 13T counter sprockets for the lakota, so I think I'll go with stock sizes, but I want to see how the gearing continues to work out.
I seem to have a little problem between second and third, my problem is that alot of the turns catch me between gears, were second is to high and third is to low, but I'll work that out when I add some more ponies to the lakota.
I realy can't afford to loose any ground clearence with the 20" tires either.

Yeah I know I got to rejet. At least it is rich and safe, but I'll dial it in later. My local cycle shop said they can get a 14 tooth front for it. If not I will drop a few teeth in the rear. They piston and a cam would be nice too along with port work. I even thought about seeing if the carb off my 400EX would work after I get done with the other mods.
