I have a 99' mag 500 and am looking to install the dirtdevils.I have installed the polaris spring spacers made for plowing.Have 2 sets on.I'm wondering if I can install 26" dirt devils.The 25's have a tread depth of 5/8's and the 26's have a tread depth of 1 1/4.Would rather have the deeper tread.But I don't want to install a lift kit for the fear of breaking things

 

You should have no problem with the 26" Dirtdevils. I had 26" Mudrunners under my 500sp with no rubbing. 27" you would have rubbing, 28" you will need a lift.

 

I got the 27” Dirt Devils, and they rubbed badly. I didn’t lift mine, but I did have to do some modifying. I wish I would have gotten the 26”. The tires them selves are great. If you would like to see what the 27” look like click here
