Where was the oil coming out, near the seal or the allen bolt where to check the oil.Was the allen bolt on tight, if it was just serviced they might have forgotten to tighten it up.

Your problem is either the hub seal or the sleeve it rides on,or BOTH.My Xplorer's hubs have also leaked alot. Both side's have been done at least three times allready in less than two yrs time.

I don't believe the are adjustable, did you do any front end work to it before they serviced it. Did they do any hub work to it. Also lift up your wheel and try to move it side to side and top to bottom.

Not saying this is it, but when seals, bearings and the AWD not engage sometimes is the result of incorrect bearing adjustment, torqueing the spindle nut to much. The torque should be for the spindle nut is 9-12ftlbs. Just a thought!

Sounds like Boneylong & Kukerdan may be in need of new hub seals. Don't want to run them when they're dry. They're not difficult to replace if you have a manual.
