I am thinking of installing a K&N jet kit on my 450 es and was told from a friend of mine that I may damage the engine after putting one in. Has anyone had any problems after installing one or heard of anyone having problems with their engine after installing one? I am hoping all of the good things I have read about this kit are true.

 

I have put them in for years, and never damaged an engine. I have no idea what he would be refering to.
Th jet kit on quads usualy runs a little rich so keep an eye on it and je t down if so.
And no changing mains and pilots don't do the same thing!!!!!!!!!

 

Thanks Gaff, I'm going to pick it up tommorow. I'll let you know how it turns out. The next mod I want to put on is the new detroit gearless locker from Hi Lifter.
