I just wanted peoples opinions on how they like(d)this machine.Was it dast,pretty fast????

 

The 83 250R is air cooled. I dont know about the air cooled atc's power wise, but the liquid cooled ATC 250Rs (85 and up) was just as fast or faster than any 3 or 4 wheeler of any year.

 

I had an 83 ATC250R before I sold it to buy my 88 TRX250R...the ATC is fast, and revs higher than the water cooled motors. I beleive that its Trinity that offers a 292cc bigbore for them that makes them very very fast...there was an article on them in an old edition of 3&4 wheel action...
