bump to the top. This is important people. I appreciate satire but I'm afraid there'll be a "Bambi" reaction by those who don't understand the roles that hunters play in conservation.

I agree. I am sure this was a tongue in cheek commercial, but it shows what side they are on politacally. Would they show a commecial for the opposite side? One showing hunters driving home with a deer on the hood, and then later eating their take? I think not.

I signed the petition.

And if they did produce such a spot, all the tree huggers would be in an uproar. They would have a petition going that said hunting was evil.Take that commercial off TV. And we would be saying " What a bunch of cry babys ". Sorry guys, but I'm not a whiner. I just will not buy a chrysler product.

That ad really tees me off. My father has worked for Jeep for 33 years, and is also an avid hunter. I drive Chrysler vehicles because I get a nice discount. This crap would have never happened before they were taken over by Daimler. Hopefully they will get the message and stop the ad.

That just shows me that Jeep is being marketed to the yuppie SUV car buyers these days. Jeep used to be marketed to the off road, outdoor types but now they want every yuppie in town to be driving one.
The commercial is definitely anti-hunting. They ought to show some video footage of Jeeps that have hit deer on the road because they are being run out of their habitat by all the yuppies buying up the nice "wooded home sites".

Well maybe we all should not be "whiners" like you. Maybe all outdoorsmen and ATVers should stop voicing our opinions about enviromental and land issues. Maybe if we all stop "whining", then the tree huggers will stop too. Right? I think not. I will continue to "whine" for my cause. Maybe if more of us "whined", we would not be seeing so many of our riding places closed down by the tree huggers.

If standing up for your beliefs is "whining" then I guess I am a whiner too. I signed the petition also. Thanks for posting the link.
