I just bought a PRM swingarm skidplate and went to install it (Has no directions) and it interferes with the white plastic chain guide. Do I need to remove this in order to install the plate?

Thanks,
Matt

Two choices based on the PRM I bought for my Warrior a couple of years ago. You can shim the skiplates with washers to space it down or remove some material, either from the chain guide or skidplate. I took the skidplate to work and had a guy mill half of the material off the skidplate where it hit the chain guide. Now the skidplate is half as thick just under the chainguide. I wasn't too keen about shimming. Other than that it's an awesome unit, I'll have one coming forthe Raptor pretty soon.
