If you're used to riding a Warrior, you'll get on the Banshee and it will rip your arms out. The midrange and top end power on the Banshee is awesome. About twice the power of the Warrior. However; the Banshee suffers a bit in the low-end power department and is more of a challenge to ride in the woods than the Warrior.
And yes, the Banshee will wheelie in 3rd gear.

why do you say that the 400ex is out of your league moneywise...the banshee costs more to begin with and costs alot more to repair and modify it...why...because you have to buy 2 of everything....pipes carbs.etc...and it sucks way more gas than a 4 stroke..due to the 2 carbs...

Blaster is by far the best bang for your buck. I am 6'1" 200lbs and the blaster is fine. I ride with 400Ex's Raptor's and warrior's.. I can hang with all of them in the woods. They (400, Raptor) leave me in the straits, but I beat the warrior..

I would get the 400ex its the best all around quad. It would be good in the woods and wheelies pretty easy.

I own a 2002 banshee and like A2000 said it isnt the best in the woods because of the high RPM powerband It will definantly wheelie in 3rd and you can fix the lack of bottom end with a single carb setup but it will take some power out of the top. your best bet would be the 400ex they have twice the fuel eco. and are easier to ride.. But if you like top end ***** to the wall power the banshee rocks..

Don't be a whimp, get a 85-86 ATC250R and smoke all your little buddies on their Banshee's and Raptors. If you don't believe me, go ride one for yourself.

I can't vouch for everyone, but my basically stock 85 ATC250R took a Banshee from start to finish. Go Here for a pic of mine. Hey, it might even be for sale, MAYBE.

Besides having alot of power, ATC250R's are priced very reasonably. You can find chery ones listed for around $2,000.
