Does any one have one?How do you like it?how do you keep the heat from affecting the velcro?Does it keep out the water & how well?I'm looking to put one on when I add my pipe, Pro Flow & Dynojet kit so lets hear what you have to say.

Not worth it. The velcro doesn't hold up good at all. My advice is to buy an Outerwears filter cover for the Pro-Flow and run without the airbox lid. That is what I'm doing. This after modifying about 3 different stock airbox lids in different ways and also trying the Outerwears lid. Go for no lid.

I bought the Outerwear lid cover for a stock airbox & it works real nice & doesn't let any water/debris into the airbox. However, it was a pain in the a... to install since I had to cut the velcro & the cover in more than one place(despite instructions) & had to leave the velcro adhesive part cure in a warm environment(my house) for about a week(directions said 24 hours). Even after that some of the velcro adhesive ends still peeled a little but overall it works real well. Reportedly it will only last a year or so which is not bad for the $20 it cost but the next time I will just use an OuterWear filter cover & do away with the cover.
If you get an aftermarket airbox they are made to run with out a lid & they don't have all the clamps & bumpy plastic that interfere with a good sealing velcro & I bet the OuterWear cover would be easy to install on those.

You don't need to cover a whole airbox with an Outerwears cover if you cover the air filter with one. Save yourself a headache.
