Get the Xplorer 400 if you want some nice power, but still a ute machine, you cna go thorough water as high as teh intake and if i am correct it is somewhere jsut below the seat or gas tank, so I think ull be fine!

HAppy Purchase!

hi there i would go with the honda 450s because goed power and the air intake is a little bit abouve the seat, it's wright in front of the seat
and let me tell you some good stories that you would want to like to know about honda atv's,my friend has a 450s for 3 years know and just abuses
he's atv and takes it in the deep creekes and deep mudeholes and runes it like heck and it the honda 450s still run's like new and never had to take it in to the dealer to get it fexed! story 2: my dad's friend has a honda 300 4by4 and
one day the cabin where it was the river overflooded and the honda was in the river 2 week's and they got it back out and changed the oil, gas, and just looked at the engine to see if there's anything wrong with it and when the next day came he got the honda out and started wright up and it still driven like new so you know honda has know problems with water and the 450s is big
enof and powerful enof for you so i hope i helped you. P.S. more info contact me.

OK.. I'm not gonna post this three times.. but I would have to say that if you have the nickels... go with the Magnum 500 or the Expedition 425 5-speed. Both are built around the "shaft ride" system and both have excellent track records. The 425 will put out PLENTY of power (i've heard to just use 2nd thru 5th unless in HEAVY mud or pulling) And the Mag 500 is just awesome... but it is the belt drive... so if you fear the belt drive, or need something to do with that left foot... get the expedition...

I agree with mudmachine. Get one of the shaftdrive
polaris atv's. However, for getting around, the xplorer 400 is rated very high and has allot of horse power, so you should look at that to. If I were you, I would go check out the mag 500 first.

rangerchet, polaris expedition 425 cc 5 speed.

I'd go with Honda. I own a Sporstman 500 (my 2nd) and an Explorer 400 and all 3 have gotten stuck in deep water because the belt got wet.
