I`m looking for Grizzly owners that have a locker and their comments. How does it effect the 2 to 4 wheel option?

Common question. 2wd/4wd option-may as well throw the button away cause theres virtually no difference. Both are EXTREMELY!!!! hard to turn. My mechanic who installed the locker thought he did something wrong when he(6ft+, 200lb)could barely steer it on concrete. Slightly easier on soft ground. Your front axles still turn in 2wd, just no power to them. The front tires stay locked together 100%. You have to be a Serious mud runner or no common sense to get the locker. I am both.
I'm not knocking it, just stating facts. I love the 100% traction I get w/ the locker. Gotta stay a step ahead of my friends. You Know.

There is relief, in a month or less Highlifter will be offering the locker again(discontinued briefly) with a easy steer kit which is supposed to be amazing. Better than stock steering locked w/ 27x12 vamps on the front. Come to the highlifter website, there is a really great forum there. Im La_Bogger there.
