Hi All:
I have a dilemma. I want (no,I need) the new 2002 500i. But I can't justify spending that much moola. I already own a 2001 500 auto but want to upgrade to the 500i because I really like the looks and I don't work my machine like some of you guys do (cowboy etc.) So I realy don't need the ACT suspension and the independent is so cool (and high). I also want to put the Bi/tri claws on it (28 in.)

Should I keep my present 500 auto and just put the tires on it or should I GO FOR IT and get the new machine with new tires.

Thanx for your help and opinions.

shmoky

Go for it it's only money. First see what kind of deal you can get before you jump. If the dealers aren't willing to move, and cut you a deal, stay with the old girl. If they are willing to wheel and deal, deal up.

Sound's like you have a pretty good machine right now... you should be able to get a decent trade in on it don't you think?
