Need help with banshee!
#1
I Have a 93 banshee and I just replaced the crank and the topend. I was told that I needed to run it 20/1 ratio on the first tank to lube the new bearings and rods. I had to put a new trottle cable on it. I think I got the carbs synchronized or pretty close, But when It's in nuetral and I slowly give it gas the right cylinder
seems to shut off. When I hit the trottle quick it does ok. When I ride it is real sluggish in the midrange and topend. any help would greatly appreciated.
Thanks Michael P

What exactly do you mean when you say the right side seems to shut off? Are you sure your jetting and air mixture screws are right? Is there a chance the cross over tube for the choke isnt on all the way? Are you sure you got them both in sync? Do the dots line up in the center of the site glass on both carbs and do they both raise equally?

The right side quits hitting about half trottle.
I'm really not sure the proper way to synchronize the carbs I don't have any guages but I watched the barrels from inside the airbox and they look like they are pulling even. If you know a better way please let me know I'll try anything.
