Hear A Noise In The Belt Area Of My 4-Wheeler

I keep on hearing this loud noise in the area of where my belt is. This happens when I first start off and stop. I don't think that it is my belt because I looked at it and it was fine. I know where it is coming from but I don't know what is wrong. It is like a real loud grinding sound kinda. Can anyone help me out???? Thank you!!!!
