Can anyone please explain to me why they build a wonderful bike like the DS650 and put on a CHEAP chain roller? Also can anyone tell me where I can purchase an aftermarket roller? Many thanks!!

It was Friday & the engineer was a little tipsy!!!! How do you like you DS650? Besides, I live near Franklin, LA so your not far from me. Also, I've never gotten the chance to ride with a DS650. The local guy with a DS650 has never given me a time to do some riding with my 01 Raptor. Where do you ride?

Yea Maxima, I beleive that. I love the DS650, would not own another bike now. I had a '99 Shee but, traded a guy that had just bought the bike and didn't care for it so got an even trade.(Best Thing I Have Ever Done)
We went riding today a Forrest Hills and a place called The Dunes. But it is really just a 350 acre sand pit, or the worlds largest ash tray. My chain roller broke about 30 min. into the ride so the whole day was shot. E-mail me sometimes we'll make a ride.

I think that the guy you got the DS from is smaller than you. I wouldnt buy another chain roller until I adjusted the rear shock.

I use a skateboard wheel like AZSAND doe and it works great. The local skateboard shop gave me a few used wheels and bearings for free. I've had the same wheel on now for 1 year.

Like Azsand and hurycne said you probably should adjust the rear shock and the chain with you sitting on the quad. Then install your new "replacement chain roller"..... Here is where I got my chain roller. Aftermarket chain roller.
