Well,
I went last night and traded all my bikes for a 2002 Speed. I still think it looks like a frog. I'm excited about getting it and want to start going though it.
What are some of the things to check before I take off and go riding. I read about the loose bolts so a new torque wrench is in order.
What should I expect? The Shocks are way stiff. I'm 230lbs and they still don't move. Starting if use Key than button, to stop button than key? Break-in all of the little things you guys have figured out would be handy.
Thanks Have to change the picture under name now.

Go smitty!
Make sure the rating on the torque wrench is very low. The aluminum frame requires a low amount of torque. Set the shock adjustments to full soft through break in. They will get softter.
I promise that soon you will think it is the best looking 'frog' quad ever made!
Congratulations!

I agree with ryan, I fell in love with it once it was in my garage, personally I think it looks sweet! I did change my engine oil and transmission oil ofte the first hour, and I did find metal shavings in the oil filter, so make sure you do that, its easy. ANd dont be surprised if all you get to drain out is one liter, there is seperate transmission fluid and therefore less engine oil than a normal quad, but this is no "normal" quad, its a monster !!!!
enjoy.
enjoy.

Have to agree with that advice Cann. But I will let any competent, responsible friend/acquaintance ride my bull. I want people to feel how awesome the cannondale is for themselves so that they can help spread the word and keep these bikes selling and improving.
<< The best advice i could give is to read your manual
when you are finished ..... read it again....
definitly buy the torque wrench...
dont let your friends ride it! >>
