What condition was your 250r when you bought it? How long did you go without fixing anything?

I bought mine in 1990 for $150. It was completely trashed. This fool ran it with no air filter so the cylinder was shot, all four rims were wasted, all levers and handles were bent or broken. I opened the cases and found that everything was good, so I began rebuilding. One year and $1000 later, it flat hauls ***. Even to this day. Later!
