First of all I just got my Pro-Circuit pipe & K&N Filter, and I'm pretty new at this Jetting stuff so here goes, What size main & pilot jets should I use, where should my needle be, how many turns out should my Air/fuel mixture be. Also I'm considering running without the airbox lid, is there any reasons I should'nt or would I be better off modifying my stock box & lid?

I would contact Pro-circuit first. If they can't help then someone here will offer some help.
