Alba pipe. Works great on mine. Is the least expensive of all. Its also not the best looking but once its on and you see the excellent power gains it looks beautiful.

Extreme gains in low to mid range with this pipe. Not as noticable top speed gains but it is still there.

I would go with CT Sonic or the Graydon Proline.

CT sonic is best deal. Only 459 for exhaust and jet kit and you get best power gains. Dont settle for something else then regret you didnt get CT.

CT sonic is a choice I was considering myself. However, your best deal comment I don't agree with. With the Alba pipe you get comparable power gains to the CT pipe. Lets examine the pipe shootout in dirt wheels. Some what questionable shootout but a decent comparison none the less.

Alba pipe @ 4000 rpms = 32.3 hp
CT sonic @ 4000 rpms = 32.6 hp

Alba pipe @ 7400 rpms = 46.1 hp
CT sonic @ 7100 rpms = 48.6 hp

Now lets look at what you get with the two pipes.

CT sonic = Complete pipe and jets $459.00 (your quoted price) $589.00 according to dirt wheels, I'd assume their price included Pro flow foam filter setup.

Alba pipe = Complete pipe and jets and pro flow foam filter setup. $439.00
My choice = Alba

Alba web site

P.S. Not looking to get into pipe shoot out wars with anyone. I'm also not a rep with Alba, though I wouldn't mind being one . These were just my reasons for the purchase I made. Most all of the pipes will give you dramaticaly increased power gains. Good luck with whatever you buy.

If want to talk about the best bang for your buck I would go with the Graydon. Pipe, jets, & Pro Flow = $419.00 will put it at your front door. I would still go with the Sonic for a couple extra bucks.

Refering to the shootout in Dirt Wheels again. They quote a price of $439.00 + additional $100.00 for the pro flow foam filter. I'll take your word for it however, for now.

wshrdskin: I only believe about a 1/3 of what I read in any of those magazines. Its all about who spends the most for advertising & thats how they gage those shootouts.( and I'm sure the alba pipe is as good as the rest)
