I'm sorry if this is an old topic, but I'm new to this forum.
Suggestions on some good ramps for a mid size atv, like the Honda Rancher. We're to get them suggestions too. Web sites, etc. For full size truck bed 4' inside the trie wells.
thanks all

Old topic, yes; you might find some good stuff in the archives, using the "Search" function.

My Germond Sales folding tailgate-***-loading-ramp works great; whatever you get, make sure you use some positive method for fastening the ramp to the truck bed for safety's sake (e.g., cable, chain, rope, strap, hooks, etc.).

I went down to the local welding shop, and asked them to build a set for me. It cost $75.00 and was completed in a few hours. Works great.

The Alum. Tri-Fold ramps from Cabelas are good quality, and fold up nice too. They are API brand, the same co.that makes treestands. Somewhere around $119.95 plus s&h. I've had mine for about a year now and have used the $hit out of them. No Complaints!

Before I got a trailer I built my own out of 2 2x10's and I built the pieces that go on the ends, but you can buy those fairly cheap. Worked great and will hold a pretty good load.

Aluminum ramps are well worth the price. Light and portable. Folding ramps give you the added security of knowing you won't drive off the inside edge of the ramp.

A great alternative to trailers is the gator ramp. It runs about 700.00 or less for fullsize trucks. It's found at multiple sites so just use your web browser to search under gator ramp. JON
