HEY, I JUST GOT A DURA BLUE REAR AXEL FOR MY TRAIL BLAZER..AFTER PUTTING IT ALL ON,THE LEFT SIDE AXEL/TIRE STICK OUT PAST THE FENDER MORE THEN THE RIGHT....IS THIS THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE OR DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG?

You put it in backwards. From the center of the axle, one side is slightly longer than the other so it only goes one way. I didn't notice that until I had put my Scrambler axle in wrong. Take it back out and flip it around.

thanks but say i turn it around then wont the other side just be longer?

Nope, take a real close look at the axle and swingarm and you'll see where the difference is. I didn't notice it at first either but luckily I wasn't done installing the axle before I saw the length difference. Swap it around and you'll be good to go.

Don't feel too bad, a bunch of Scrambler X 400s left the factory this way.

Yeah, Mike is right. We had two SC400X's and they both had the axles in backwards. All you have to do is flip the axle around and everything will be OK.
