$4400.00 I'll pass. Wouldn't all this increased air into the combustion chamber require a higher compression piston and valves etc? Seems logical to me. 70hp is nice however.

I dont think it would require a higher compression piston but it would probably require a lower compression piston.

wshrdskin, I think you've got it backwards. With all that extra fuel being pumped into the combustion chamber, you've already got an effective compression ratio that's much higher than you had before turbocharging. If you increased the compression any more, you'd have some serious problems.

That's nuts. I might consider it just because I'm silly like that, but the intake location leaves a lot to be desired. No more mudding, that thing would be chewing mouthfuls of it all day.

Pretty intense ride I bet.

That design for intercooler and air filter looks like a disaster waiting to happen!!! For that much money you would think that they would have found a safe place to put them items. Just think if you got roosted on....it could be disasterous.

There's another kit linked on the forum on that page that has it all tucked away much cleaner. Putting the intake in the left fender = boneheaded.
