I've sent back some pipes that were too loud, but I sure wish I hadn't bought these DG nerf bars for my DS. They are huge, like some kind of loading platform, and I've already bent and scraped them up pretty good. They fit crummy going on, and they look stupid.
I wish I had bought the AC racing nerfs.

Pingree airbox, That is with out a doubt the worst fiting product that I ever bought, but DG skid plates run a close second.

The Pingry's Pro Design air box I had to cut off a corner to get my pipe to fit.

Great Thread.

I would have to say, the Sand Sharks. I would have gone with a straight paddle.

I feel your pain Mr.Fourlix, I bought the DG Baha Skidplate for my DS and the hole in the plate to drain the the oil, was cut way off center from the DS's drain plug. If you turn the skid plate upside down the drain plug and hole line up perfectly. I remember when you first posted about your DG nerf bars, sorry they did not work out for you. DG-Defective Goods.

My first set of paddles, Scat-Trak Edge 20x10x10 10 v-paddles. These hole diggers were about as good for a DS as the stock tires are, which I would like to send back to Bombardier to swap for a set of tires off the Baja.

I'd have to say the factory Bomb rims and Kenda trakkers I bought when nothing else was available. I had to go with the factory 9" rims because that's all that was available right after I bought the DS in Dec, 99. I got a good deal from my dealer though, $110 (EACH RIM!!) $100 or so for the set of tires..no KY
