I have a 01 Raptor and it is dry as a bone, the rad is always full and the reservoir is always at the same level. Those 2 must be a from a Friday production line, and the water pump guy was hung over

I would look for a diffrent dealer. The machine should not be leaking. Banshee's are known for spilling a littel when they get hot. Raptors are not.

Dealerships have to do some building when the machines come to them in the box. I'm pretty sure installing the hoses and fluids is on the list of things they are responsible for. Sounds like the dealership in question has some issues with initial build on Raptors, I'd avoid them.

My '02 has not lost any coolant since the day I picked it up, I have not added so much as a drop. Even through an indo, back flip and barrel roll.

my friend was riding his raptor and the hose blew off and all his coolant spilled out...the dealer said it wasn't jetted right but i just think it was a loose hose...sometimes the factory doesn't clamp everything down but hey no ones perfect.

My 01 had a couple drips from the weep hole every time I rode it. I asked the dealer and they said the seals would "settle in" - BS. I insisted they replace it and amazingly the new pump has never produced a drip from the weep hole.

Bottom line - IT SHOULD NOT DRIP FROM THE WEEP HOLE !

I dont know the real impact of the drip in the long run but it does not seem correct.

This was just MY experience......results might vary.

it is not from the weep hole it is coming from where the pump seal is (i guess tht is what it is i am not sure) but i know that there is a gasket between the surfaces and if it matters the machines have never been run
